The most rare disease is an illness a hen or as it still name dared illness, suffer only in tribe For in east part of New Guinea. This disease has an absolute mortality. One of the versions explaining the reason of occurrence of illness, it is possible to name the specific form of a cannibalism - eating of a human brain.
ABORTION

Abortion is an abortion in terms till 22 weeks, beginning from the first day of last menses. Distinguish spontaneous and artificial abortion.

Misbirth - a spontaneous abortion up to 22 week. Depending on term of an abortion conditionally distinguish early (till 12 weeks) and late (with 12 till 22 weeks) a misbirth. An abortion after 22 weeks usually name premature birth. A Misbirth repeating at the following one for other pregnancy (more than 2 times), name a habitual abortion. Its reasons can be dysfunction of ovaries, cortexes of adrenals, inflammatory diseases of the genitals, previous artificial abortions, especially at the first pregnancy, and other factors. The mechanism of a misbirth is distinguished. In some cases all over again there are the reductions of a uterus causing amotio of a fetal egg. In other cases reductions of a uterus are preceded with destruction of a fetal egg at toxicoses of pregnant women, infectious diseases. Sometimes amotio and destruction of a fetal egg and reduction of a uterus occur simultaneously. Allocate following stages of a misbirth: menacing, begun, abortion in a course, incomplete and full abortion. At menacing abortion the heavy feeling or weak nagging pains in the bottom of a stomach and areas of a sacrum are marked, at abortion in late terms there can be pains of colicy character. Bloody allocation insignificant or are absent. Passage of a uterus it is not truncated, the tonus of a uterus is raised. The size of a uterus corresponds to a duration of gestation. At the begun abortion colicy pains and bloody allocation are more expressed, than, at menacing. The fetal egg exfoliates on a small site, therefore the size of a uterus corresponds to a duration of gestation. Passage of a uterus it is kept, its channel is closed or slightly slightly opened. Abortion in a course is characterized by colicy pains in the bottom of the stomach, the expressed bleeding. The fetal egg is in the channel passage of a uterus, its bottom pole can act in a vagina. Abortion in a course can come to the end with incomplete or full abortion. At incomplete abortion the fetal egg is partially expelled from a cavity of the uterus, colicy pains in the bottom of a stomach and a bleeding of different intensity are observed. The channel passage of a uterus is opened, at a vaginal examonation freely passes a finger, a uterus of a softish consistence, its size is less, than at a prospective duration of gestation. In a uterus fetal environments, a placenta or its part usually are late. At full abortion which to a thicket is observed in late durations of gestation, the fetal egg leaves a cavity of the uterus, the sizes of a uterus decrease, the bleeding stops. If the reductions of a uterus arising after destruction of a fetal egg, are insufficient for its exile, there is a slow amotio of a fetal egg which can be accompanied by the long not plentiful uterine bleeding leading development of an anemia. This kind of a misbirth should be differentiated with cervical pregnancy when the fetal egg is implanted in the channel passage of a uterus.
