Acnes ordinary (youthful) - the disease of a skin arising mainly in the period of development and described pyoinflammatory lesion of sebaceous glands on a background of a seborrhea. The etiology is unknown.

The pathogenesis is caused by a seborrhea, which complication they are. The basic role is played with depression of a bactericidal action of the dermal bacon inherent to a seborrhea, leading activization of coccal flora.

The clinical picture is characterized by an evolutionary polymorphism of the pouring out elements which are settling down on seborrheal sites (the face, a breast, a back). In the basis of comedoes (sebaceous a proside) there are inflammatory nodules (papular acnes), transformed then in pustules of different size and depth (pustular and phlegmonous acnes). In some cases the pyesis begins with deep layers of a skin and leads to formation of soft ball-shaped units.
