ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS

Acute cholecystitis - a nonspecific inflammation of a cholic bubble. In 85-95 % the inflammation of a cholic bubble is combined with stones. More than in 60 % of cases of an acute cholecystitis from bile sow microbial associations: more often an intestinal rod, streptococcuses, salmonellas, clostridiums, etc. In some cases the acute cholecystitis arises at hit of pancreatic enzymes in a cholic bubble (an enzymatic cholecystitis). Hit of an infection in a cholic bubble is possible at a sepsis. Approximately in 1 % of cases the reason of an acute cholecystitis is its tumoral lesion leading obstruction of a vesical duct.

Signs, current. Arises at women 40 years more often is more senior. Early signs of an acute cholecystitis are rather various. While the inflammation is limited by a mucosa, there is only a visceral pain without the precise localization, often grasping epigastric area and area of a belly-button. The pain usually has blunt character. The strain of muscles and local morbidity are not defined.
