It is observed at pilots, experimenters in altitude chambers, at works in caissons. Arises owing to an obstruction of lead-out apertures about nasal sinuses (at sick of an allergic rhinitis, with a curvature of a nasal septum, with a hypertrophic rhinitis, etc.). More often frontal sinuses are involved in process, less often - top gnathic.

Signs, current. Heavy feeling, pressure and a sharp pain in the field of the amazed sinus, a headache, disturbance of nasal respiration.
