The allergy alimentary - unites numerous allergic reactions of the child to foodstuff. In occurrence of a food allergy the primary role belongs to a sensibilization to the cow milk. However the sensibilization and to other products (cereals, juices, a fish, etc.) can be observed. Two-dimensional reaction to various allergens is widespread also. Hereditary predisposition matters. A food allergy - the frequent pathology, which first displays are in most cases bound to artificial feeding or early additional feeding.
The clinical picture of a food allergy differs a polymorphism and is shown by the isolated lesion of a skin, organs of respiration, a gastrointestinal tract or a dermo-respiratory syndrome. More often, especially at thoracal children, the eczema with fast generalization of process is observed. A little bit less often and in more advanced age there is a neurodermite widespread or localized, sites of an ecdysis, a pigmentation, infiltration. Favourite localization of process - ulnar and popliteal folds, a skin of a neck, a wrist, etc. Children disturbs an itch, especially at night, they are irritable, suffer neurotic reactions and, as a rule, pathologies of a gastrointestinal tract.
