Anal fissure (proctal crack) - a longitudinal ulcer in the form of a cleft of a mucosa of the proctal channel, more often settling down on its back wall.
Etiology. Breaks of a mucosa of the proctal channel at a defecation at the patients, suffering constipations and different forms of a colitis. The pain conducts to a spastic stricture of an internal sphincter, breaking a trophicity of tissues in the field of a crack, causing repeated traumas at certificates of a defecation and interfering with an adhesion.
Signs, current. A constant thermalgia in an anus, amplifying at a defecation and in position sitting; allocation of drops of a scarlet blood.
