An initial sign of disease - suddenly arising dull ache without precise localization in the top half of stomach or area of a belly-button. In 4-6 hours (with fluctuations from 1 till 12 o'clock) the pain moves to the right ileal area. Change of localization of pains with occurrence of morbidity in the right ileal area specifies disturbing occurrence of the somatic pains caused by a boring of a visceral peritoneum (that is the inflammation has grasped all layers of a wall of a process). Localization hurt depends on a locating of a process: at typical position of its patient feels a pain in the right ileal area, at high position - almost in right hypochondrium, at retrocecal position - on a lateral surface of a stomach or in lumbar area. The nausea - a frequent sign of an acute appendicitis, sometimes, especially in the beginning of disease, is possible a vomiting. The feces in most cases is not broken. At a locating of a process near to a rectum or among loops of a small bowel the inflammation can extend on an intestinal wall that leads to a boring of an intestine, a clump of a liquid in a lumen of an intestine and to diarrhea. Tongue in the beginning of disease wet, is often imposed white for a short while. The patient lays on a back or the right to a side; change of position of a body, tussis, laughter sharply strengthen an abdominal pain.
