Bleeding of a teeth after operation of an exodontia - profuse, independently not stopping efflux of a blood from an extracting wound. An etiology: a trauma at an exodontia, more often rasping.
Pathogenesis: break, a crush of tissues of the small cavity and a gum, absorption of a wall of a vessel, a paresis of vasoconstrictors; disturbance of coagulation of a blood. Signs: an obvious bleeding, a staining of a saliva a blood. The bleeding can last day and is longer, causing a secondary anemia. Research of coagulability of a blood and other parameters, important for an establishment of the reason of a hemorrhagic syndrome is necessary.
The forecast usually favorable. At diseases of a blood the outcome depends on character of a pathology.
Prophylaxis - a noninvasive exodontia. At illnesses of a blood this intervention spend only in conditions of a hospital after corresponding preparation of the patient.
