Brandt's syndrome. Disease of children of thoracal age, coincides with the beginning of feeding.
Etiology, pathogenesis. In a basis of disease - deficiency of Zincum in an organism owing to its insufficient entering with nutrition or at disturbances of its absorption in an intestine. The disadvantage of Zincum reduces activity of many enzymes and underlies metabolic disturbances, especially carbohydrates and fibers.
Clinical picture. A vesicular, pustular, violent dermatitis of other parts of extremities, around of natural foramens of a body, quite often alopecia, an eyebrow shedding and eyelashes, a lesion of mucosas yeast-like mushrooms, gastrointestinal frustration (diarrhea, a steatorrhea, plentiful excrements with a unpleasant smell). In the further - an oligotrophy, a secondary purulent infection, a growth inhibition.
