Bruise (contusion) - mechanical damage of tissues without disturbance of an integrity of a skin. Depending on force of impact and localization of a trauma there are various bruises on gravity: from small, not breaking functions, before the extensive damages dangerous to a life (for example, a bruise of a brain, heart, a stomach with damage of internal organs).

Signs, current. A pain, a tumescence, an ecchymosis.

Complications: damage of internal organs, nerves, vessels. It is especially important to exclude the closed damage of internal organs.
