Carcinoma cutaneum - a group designation of several kinds of the tumours which are starting with various departments of a false skin. Develops on a skin of the face in advanced age is more often. There are dense nacreous color nodule or group of fine nodules which form a small hardly towering plaque. After a while in the center of a lesion erosion or a ulcer with thin flake a crust on which edges dense nodules close located to each other are visible is formed. Subsequently these nodules break up and not healing ulcer with smooth bright red color in the bottom and dense edges is formed. Around of such ulcer there are new dense nodules. On a surface there can be punctual pigmental impregnations (a pigmental version) or its surface has ochroleucous color.

The planocellular carcinoma cutaneum is observed basically on a red border of labiums, especially bottom, on a sexual member, a vulva; on other skin happens extremely seldom. Dense nodules, sometimes with papillary growths on a surface in this connection arises crateriform, sometimes an erethistic ulcer with the dense bleeding bottom, edges towering above a surface are formed by smooth, size up to a pea. The tumour is quickly enough enlarged, blasting associates and a subject tissues, and metastasizes.
