In the first and second case occurrence be ill in the left half of breast it is bound to the certain positions and movements of an arm, a head, but not with a physical strain; pains can amplify or arise at night, at a tension of cervical and thoracal roots (abduction of an arm for a back or aside). Rising or dropping of reflexes and a hypotension or a hyperesthesia on an arm is observed. In the third case - at a prelum of a sympathetic plexus of an artery of a backbone - to the described signs puffiness of a brush that is bound to disturbance of a vasopressor sympathetic innervation sometimes joins; at pressing on a head in a direction of a longitudinal axis of a backbone and at a flexion of the head turned aside of a lesion, there is a pain.
