Children's cerebral paralysis - group of diseases of newborns; it is shown by not progressing impellent disturbances.
Etiology, pathogenesis. The prenatal pathology, an asphyxia in sorts, a birth trauma matter. Frequency of diseases - 1-2 cases on one thousand newborns.
Signs, current. Because of the tendency to a crossing of legs there is a gait " as scissors ". Arms are amazed much less. Cerebellar and subcortical disturbances, a dystonia, a choreoathetosis are frequent. As a rule, children lag behind in physical development. Allocate so-called cerebral dysfunction - a rudimentary variant of a cerebral paralysis which is shown by the easy behavioural disturbances hardly planned by impellent defects, epileptic episodes, some defects. The similar group is made by so-called clumsy children which training at early stages represents considerable difficulties.
