Cholangitis - a nonspecific inflammation of cholic courses. Develops on a background of a cholestasia owing to a choledocholithiasis, choledochal cysts, a tumour of cholic ducts more often.

Signs, current. The clinical picture depends on presence or absence of the acute destructive cholecystitis, often enough becoming complicated a cholangitis. Disease usually begins with the painful attack reminding a hepatic colic (display of a choledocholithiasis) then the mechanical icterus is quickly shown, rise in temperature, a dermal itch.
