Chorea - a hyperkinesia, described the scattered chaotic twitchings of muscles of extremities (especially top), trunks and faces. The hysterical chorea should be differentiated from habit spasms to which stereotype and localness is usually inherent. Arising also at children and shown a combination of choreiform hyperkinesias to violent vocalization. Patients publish grunting, barking and cooing sounds which eventually pass in repetition of obscene words (eschrolalia).
