CLOELITHIASIS

Cloelithiasis - the disease caused by formation of stones in a cholic bubble, less often in hepatic and cholic ducts. After 40 years stones find at 32 % of women and 16 % of men. At presence of stones in 30 % of cases mark a becoming infected of bile. In a basis of a lithogenesis disturbance of equilibrium between stabilizers of bile (cholic acids and a lecithine) and quantity of the substances dissolved in it (a carbonate of a calcium, a bilirubin and a cholesterin) lays.

Signs, current. Asymptomatic current of a cloelithiasis meets seldom. As a rule, in most cases it is replaced by typical attacks of a cholic colic or an acute cholecystitis. Presence of stones is marked on the average at 90 % sick by a cancer of a cholic bubble, and among sick of a cloelithiasis the cancer of a bubble develops on the average at 4-5 %. A postoperative lethality among sick of a cloelithiasis almost in 10 times below, than at an acute cholecystitis. The cloelithiasis is the indication to operation as operation before development of complications is less dangerous. Complications of a cloelithiasis are caused or connection of an infection (an acute cholecystitis), or migration of stones (development of a choledocholithiasis, a mechanical icterus), or a combination of these two moments (an acute cholecystitis at obstruction of a vesical duct, a cholangitis).
