You know that ...
The most rare disease is an illness a hen or as it still name dared illness, suffer only in tribe For in east part of New Guinea. This disease has an absolute mortality. One of the versions explaining the reason of occurrence of illness, it is possible to name the specific form of a cannibalism - eating of a human brain.
COLITIS

Colitis - group of the diseases, described an acute and chronic inflammation of a mucosa of a colon.

Colitis ischemic - the segmentary lesion of a colon caused by disturbance of its blood supply. The area of splenic curvature, less often - cross-section colonic, descending and sigmoid intestines is more often amazed.

Etiology, pathogenesis: a lesion of the bottom mesenteric artery at the elderly faces, suffering an atherosclerosis; contributing factor is anatomic feature of an output of this artery under an acute angle from an aorta.

Signs, current. The gangrenous (necrotic) form arises at a full occlusion of the bottom mesenteric artery, is shown by an attack of sharp pains in the left half of stomach, attributes of an intestinal obstruction, a rectal bleeding and then a peritonitis. The transient incidental form - « an alternating lameness of an intestine » - is observed at a partial occlusion of this artery; it is shown by a pain in the left half of stomach or the epigastriums, arising at once or soon after meal, a diarrhea, an abdominal distention, sometimes a vomiting. Growing thin can gradually develop.

The colitis acute usually happens widespread, (gastroenterocolitis) is often combined with a simultaneous acute inflammation of a mucosa of a small bowel (an acute coloenteritis), and sometimes and a stomach.

Signs, current. Was acutely there is a pain of pulling or spastic character, rumbling in a stomach, loss of appetite, diarrheas, the general malaise. A feces liquid with an impurity of slime.

Colitis chronic - a chronic inflammatory lesion of a colon. (Coloenteritis) and a stomach is quite often combined with an inflammatory lesion of a small bowel.

Signs, current. The total lesion of all colon is more often observed. The basic signs are disturbance of a chair (chronic diarrhea or a constipation), a pain in various departments of a stomach, a meteorism, dyspeptic frustration. In most cases, especially at a right-hand colitis, diarrheas prevail - the defecation arises till 10-15 time and more in day, alternating diarrhea and a constipation is quite often observed.
