CRONE ILLNESS

Crone illness - the nonspecific disease, described a chronic inflammation of a gastrointestinal tract (more often a distal department of an ileal intestine and a colonic intestine) with formation of inflammatory infiltrates, the deep longitudinal ulcers, becoming complicated perforations, external or internal fistulas, a bleeding and other serious complications.

Signs, current. More often illness is shown by diarrhea in a combination to the abdominal pains, the raised temperature, an anorexia, growing thin. At the local lesions more often arising in an ileocecal department, the general malaise, rise in temperature up to subfebrile is characteristic. The acute beginning of disease which is similar on clinic to an acute appendicitis is quite often observed.
