The smooth-bore serous cystoma (serous cystadenoma) represents ball-shaped multichamber formation with the thin walls, containing a light liquid. As a rule, a tumour unilateral, small, but there are tumours which mass reaches several kgs. Both are quite often amazed an ovary, there are adnations with the next organs, an ascites. Serous cystomas develop more often in a postmenopause. Mucinous cystomas have received the name because of mucoid contents. Tumours, as a rule, multichamber, have a lobular surface due to the bulked up separate chambers, can reach greater sizes.
Clinical displays of good-quality epithelial tumours of ovaries depend basically on size and a locating of a tumour. Tumours even the small size cause feeling of gravity and a pain in a bottom of a stomach. At a prelum of a bladder and an intestine the emiction and a defecation are broken. For some tumours the ascites is characteristic. Frequent complication - a torsion of a leg of a tumour of an ovary. Break of a capsule of a cystoma is less often observed.
