At an empyema of cyst there are signs, characteristic for an acute dontogenous osteomyelitis. Treatment operative - vesicotomy and a cystectomy. In some cases root cysts treat conservatively. The festered cysts demand urgent treatment - opening of a cyst and a drainage of its cavity.
The forecast in most cases favorable. Greater cysts of a mandible can become complicated pathological fracture.
