DAMAGES OF INTERNAL ORGANS

Damages of internal organs

Traumas of organs of a thoracal cavity. At the closed trauma reaction to a contusion of a lung is shown by an edema and a hemorrhage in alveoluses. Current asymptomatic.

Traumas of organs of an abdominal cavity can be opened and closed. The open traumas more often fire or chipped, less often cut. Alongside with presence of an aperture in the form of a wound there is an expressed painful syndrome, a strain of muscles and positive signs of a boring of a peritoneum. At the wide channel from a wound intestinal contents, urine can act.

The clinical picture depends on the organ damaged at a trauma - at damages of a liver and a lien, mesenteries of an intestine there is a profuse bleeding with attributes of an acute hemorrhage, at a percussion the obtusion in distant places of a stomach can be defined. At damage of a hollow organ (a stomach, an intestine) the clinical picture of the diffuse purulent or fecal peritonitis develops. At the closed damages of defect of a skin of an abdominal wall is not present, usually such damages arise at transport accidents, falling from height, strong impacts on an abdominal wall.
