The clinical picture depends on the organ damaged at a trauma - at damages of a liver and a lien, mesenteries of an intestine there is a profuse bleeding with attributes of an acute hemorrhage, at a percussion the obtusion in distant places of a stomach can be defined. At damage of a hollow organ (a stomach, an intestine) the clinical picture of the diffuse purulent or fecal peritonitis develops. At the closed damages of defect of a skin of an abdominal wall is not present, usually such damages arise at transport accidents, falling from height, strong impacts on an abdominal wall.
