Dislocation of a lens - full (dislocation) or partial (subluxation) an ectopia lentis.
Etiology, pathogenesis: a congenital underdevelopment, delicacy or partial absence of zinc ligaments; their break owing to a trauma or degenerations.
Signs, current. At a subluxation of a lens - the non-uniform forward chamber, fineer in the party of shift, a tremor of an iris, shift of a refraction aside myopias, dropping of vision. At an ophthalmoscopy the edge of a lens and the double image of an eyeground are visible. The dislocation of a lens in a vitreous is accompanied by attributes of an aphakia and can cause an iridocyclitis or a secondary glaucoma.
