The Abdominal pain in the beginning blunt, poured on all stomach, a constant, then becomes more acute, colicy, is localized in the bottom departments of a stomach, more often at the left or above a pubis. The pain amplifies before a defecation. There are also nagging pains in the field of a rectum, giving in a sacrum. They arise, during a defecation and proceed during 5-15 mines after it. They are caused by inflammatory changes of a mucosa of an ampullar part of a rectum. False desires and the tightened certificate of a defecation, sensation of its incompleteness are bound to a lesion of a distal department of a thick intestine. At a palpation of a stomach the spastic stricture and the morbidity of a thick intestine more expressed in the field of a sigmoid intestine are marked. The chair is speeded up (up to 10 times day and more). Excrements in the beginning fecal, then in them there is an impurity of slime and a blood, and in more serious cases at a defecation the small amount of bloody slime is allocated only. At easy forms state of health of patients satisfactory, the body temperature raises up to 38 degrees (the fever lasts from several o'clock till 1-2 day), an abdominal pain insignificant, false desires can be absent.
