Epileptiform neuralgia.
Signs, current. Short (till 1-2 minutes) paroxysms of severe pains in a cheek, top and a mandible, less often above a brow; presence of trigger zones, a touch to which naturally provokes a painful attack; morbidity of points of an output of branches of a V-nerve; absence of objective abaissements in a zone of pains. More often the neuralgia is observed at people 40 years are more senior. The described clinical picture allows to distinguish without effort an idiopathic neuralgia from set of others (disease adnexal sinuses of a teeth, an acute attack of a glaucoma, etc.).
