Fibroma of a nasopharynx - the most frequent tumour of a nasopharynx. It concerns to good-quality neoplasms, however impetuous body height with a destruction of surrounding tissues, including osteal, predilection to relapses after excision, frequent, sometimes menacing lives of a bleeding give the basis clinically to treat this tumour as malignant. An initial place of a fibroma are the crest of a nasopharynx and a back wall of pharynx, a direction of body height - in a pharyngeal cavity, a nose and its adnexal sinuses, in an orbit, less often in a cavity of a skull more often. The tumour arises, as a rule, at boys in the age of 10-13 years. After 24-25 years body height of a tumour stops also it exposed to an involution.
Signs, current. The unilateral obstruction of a nose, then in 5-6 months nasal respiration is switched off completely from both parties, there is a closed nasonnement. There can be a sharp anemia as result of repeated nasal bleedings, characteristic for the given disease. At the widespread tumour depending on a direction of its body height there can be an exophthalmos, a diverticulum of a soft and firm palate, deformation of an external nose and other attributes. Germination of a tumour in a cavity of a skull threatens a life of the patient.
