Furuncle - a purulent inflammation of the hair saccule, a sebaceous gland accompanying it and a hypodermic fat surrounding it. The most frequent originator is the staphilococcus. Contributing factors: the insufficient hygiene, not noticed small damages of a skin, especially at the shaving, the raised sweating, a diabetes mellitis. Primary localization: the face, a nape, inguinal areas, breeches, arms.
Signs, current. In the beginning there is an itch, then a pain, reddening and an edema in the field of a hair saccule. Then there is a formation of a zone of a necrosis and its purulent fusion.
