Distinguish an acute gangrene within the limits of anatomic borders of a share (shares) without a restrictive piogenic environment and gangrenous, more often huge, an abscess.
Signs, current. Current acute. Fast, disintegration of a pulmonary tissue with the putrefactive, bloody sputum containing elastic fibers, fat acids, crystals of Leucinum and Thyrosinum. The arising purulent fever is quickly replaced by a purulent attrition, consciousness confused, the body temperature becomes subfebrile. Respiration usually weakened, less often amphoric above a cavity of disintegration.
