Hematoma of a nasal septum

Traumas of a nose are often accompanied by a hemorrhage under a mucosa of a nasal septum with formation of a hematoma. In the further at a becoming infected of a hematoma the abscess can be formed.

Signs, current. Sharp difficulty of nasal respiration; at development of an abscess of a nasal septum - a fervescence, a headache. At purulent fusion of a cartilage of a nasal septum the retraction of a ridge of the nose is marked.
