Hemorrhagic vasculitis (anaphylactic purpura, a capillary toxicosis).
The etiology is not quite clear. Causal value acute and chronic infections, allergic factors (have eggs, a fish, milk, inoculations, some medicines, helminths).
The pathogenesis is combined. Significance is attached to formation of the toxic substances influencing walls of blood vessels, enlarging their permeability. The certain role allocate to immune complex lesions of a vascular wall (detection in a skin and a wall of vessels of immunoglobulins, a fibrinogen) and to an immune scarce condition.
