Hereditary nephritis.

The etiology, pathogenesis are not studied. It is supposed, that disease is bound to a mutation of the gene supervising synthesis of structural fibers of a renal tissue, and also other organs. More serious disease is observed at faces of a male that testifies to an opportunity of inheritance on the dominant type partially linked to a floor.

Clinical picture. The urinary syndrome is characterized from insignificant augmentation of quantity of erythrocytes up to a gross hematuria. Find out also the moderate proteinuria and in some children - a transient leukocyturia. Bacteriurias, as a rule, do not happen. The lesion of hearing is caused by a lesion of an acoustical nerve or the cochlear apparatus and at some patients is taped only at audiometric research.
