Ischuria (delay of an emiction) - impossibility of an independent devastation of a bladder. Can be acute and chronic, full and partial. Results from a prelum of urinary ways (the adenoma or a cancer of a prostate, a cicatrical stricture of a urethra, a prostatitis) with depression of ability to reduce a muscular wall of a bladder. At an adenoma of a prostate 1 - 2 degrees promote an acute ischuria a hyperemia of organs of a basin (the use of alcohol, a frigorism, overwork, long detention of an emiction, a long finding in position sitting or laying), less often - purpose of diuretics.

Any of these contributing moments leads to a strong cystectasia. At young age the uncured or not adequately treated acute prostatitis is often accompanied by the dysuric phenomena. At children (as a rule, at boys) the acute delay of an emiction causes more often a stone or an alien body of the bladder, sharply expressed phimosis, sometimes an acute cystitis. In an obstetric practice there can be a congenital delay of an emiction because of an atresia of an external aperture of a urethra. Neurogenic dysfunction of a bladder also can be accompanied by increase of a residual urine down to an acute delay. Neurogenic dysfunction grows out a trauma of a spinal cord, surgical interventions on organs of a small basin, the general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, purpose of the medicinal preparations influencing an innervation of a bubble, a proximal department of a urethra or an external sphincter. At women the acute ischuria develops usually as a result of neurogenic and psychogenic factors or from pressure of a urethra a cancer tumour, a cicatrical stricture, etc.

Signs, current. An acute full delay of an emiction - suddenly appeared impossibility even a partial devastation of the overflown bladder, accompanied excruciating sharp and fruitless desires on an emiction, the strongest pains in the bottom of a stomach. Quite often hurt extend on all stomach, reflexly there comes a paresis of an intestine.
