Lymphadenitis - an inflammation (quite often purulent) lymph nodes. Causes more often staphilococcuses and streptococcuses which at a lymphangitis get in regional lymph nodes. It is most often localized in inguinal area and an axillary hollow. Sometimes in inflammatory process are involved not only lymph nodes, but also a quaggy fat (periadenitis) surrounding them.
Signs, current. Owing to a strong pain the compelled position of an extremity, a fervescence. In the field of a locating of the inflamed lymph nodes the diffuse tumescence, and sometimes the enlarged units is visible, color of a skin usually without changes or has a pinkish shade; at a palpation it is defined one or several enlarged, morbid units soldered to a skin. At a pyesis of lymph nodes usual attributes of an abscess or a phlegmon are observed: a dermahemia, fluctuation, etc.
