The pathogenesis is caused by blocking of conduction at a level of a myoneural synapse. Partnership of ауто-immune mechanisms is obvious. The essential role belongs to a pathology of a gland. Women are ill more often. The beginning of illness is possible at any age, but usually it is observed in a youth.
Signs, current. First attributes - oculomotor disturbances (a ptosis, an external ophthalmoplegia, doubling) which paresises of bulbar muscles and a sceletal musculation later join. The expression of paresises quite often accrues by the evening. Pathological fatigability of muscles is easily taped at repeated movements. Thus paresises are aggravated or appear in intact groups of muscles. Atrophies, and sensitivity are not present disturbances of reflexes. Long time delicacy can be observed in the limited group of muscles. Quite often under influence of adverse external factors or spontaneously there is a delicacy of a respiratory musculation, sometimes with disturbance of a swallowing. The specified vital frustration are designated as a myasthenic crisis.
