At diffusion of process on a brainstem (syringobulbia) there is a nystagmus, bulbar frustration (disturbances of a swallowing, speech) and zones of the dissociated anesthesia in external departments of the face. Less often disturbances of sensitivity and an atrophy arise in the bottom departments of a trunk and legs. Trophic frustration-thickenings and a cyanosis of a skin on brushes, painless panaritiums with a mutilation of trailer phalanxes are Considerably expressed.
