Neuroblastomas - arise in sympathetic nerves and ganglions, and also in cerebral substance of adrenals. Most often develop in a zone of adrenals and presenting tissues, then from ganglions of a neck, a postmediastinum, retroperitoneal space and an abdominal cavity. On a share of this form it is necessary up to 10 % of all malignant tumours of children's age. In the age of till 1 year 60 % of tumours, between the first and the second years of a life - 26 % are diagnosed, at children 2 years - are more senior than 14 %. Neuroblastomas - very malignant tumours metastasizing in a skeleton or a liver. Metastasises in lungs are rare.
