Otoantritis - an inflammation of walls of an aural cavity and tissues surrounding it. Meets at children of thoracal age, more often at not full-term at an oligotrophy, at weakened by various diseases.

Signs, current. Disease can proceed with the expressed clinical picture (a long toxicosis, fast falling of mass of a body of the child). The child is sleepy or, on the contrary, is restless, often cries, badly sleeps and eats, grows thin, the skin becomes acyanotically-sulfur or cyanochroic, cardiac sounds are muffled, pulse is speeded up, a chair liquid, the body temperature is raised (38-39 degrees), but more often subfebrile or even normal.
