Palmar fibromatosis - data of fingers of an arm as a result of a cicatrical degeneration. The promoting factor are chronic microtraumas of a brush.

Signs, current. The early stage - appears a dense nodule on a palm, more often on a course of a tendon of the fourth finger, in late stages there comes a contracture of one or several fingers. Treatment of an early stage conservative; in late stages (at development of a flexion contracture) operative treatment is shown.
