PANCREATITIS CHRONIC

Pancreatitis chronic - the disease, described a chronic inflammation of a pancreas. Meets usually on the average and advanced age, more often at women.

Etiology. Principal causes of a chronic pancreatitis - an alcoholism (especially at men) and a cloelithiasis (more often at women). Less often as the etiological factor act application of some medical products (Furosemidum, Tetracyclinum, Sulfanilamidums, etc.), a mucoviscidosis (it is more often taped at children), a hyperparathyreosis, a family hypercholesterinemia, a hemochromatosis, the insufficient maintenance of fiber and Adepses in nutrition.

Signs, current. A pain in epigastric area and left hypochondrium, attributes exocrine (diarrheas, a steatorrhea, growing thin) and endocrine (connection of a diabetes mellitis) failures. The point in the left costovertebral angle (a sign of Mayo - Robson) is quite often morbid. Are sometimes defined a zone of a dermal hyperesthesia according to a zone of an innervation of the eighth thoracal segment at the left and some atrophy of a hypodermic fatty tissue in the field of a projection of a pancreas to a forward wall of a stomach. The painful syndrome is quite often accompanied by a dyspepsia. Full loss of appetite and disgust for fat nutrition are frequent. However at development of a diabetes mellitis, on the contrary, patients can feel strong famine and thirst. The raised salivation, an eructation, attacks of a nausea, a vomiting, a meteorism, rumbling in a stomach are often observed. A chair in easy cases normal, in more serious - diarrhea or alternating of a constipation and diarrhea. The pancreatogenous diarrhea with allocation plentiful in the form of a meal of an evil-smelling feces with fat shine is characteristic.
