You know that ...
The length of capillaries in a kidney makes about 25 kilometers. The filtrational surface of a kidney reaches 1,5 square meters.
PARAMETRITIS

Parametritis - an inflammation of a perimetric fat. Originators - more often a golden staphilococcus, quite often association of microorganisms. The infection from a uterus and appendages extends on lymphatic ways. Especially often parametrites develop at a combination of an inflammation and a trauma of various departments of genitals (after-abortive breaks of a neck of a uterus, a diathermocoagulation of a neck of a uterus, an operational wound of a uterus or appendages). The inflammation usually grasps the certain areas: from a forward department of a neck the infiltrate extends on edges of a bladder to a forward abdominal wall; from forward lateral departments of a neck - to ligament and lateral departments of a stomach; from back lateral departments of a neck - to walls of a basin; from a back department of a neck - to a rectum. The inflammatory infiltrate can resolve, fester or get chronic current.

Signs, current. The proof rise in temperature getting at a pyesis intermittent character. The general condition of sick disease in the beginning is changed a little, but at diffusion of process attributes of an intoxication are defined: paleness of integuments, absence of appetite, an adynamia, a headache. There is a dull ache and gravity in a bottom of a stomach, feeling of pressure upon a rectum, sometimes a dysuria, morbidity and difficulty of the certificate of a defecation.

Complications: break of an abscess in a free abdominal cavity, a rectum, a bladder.
