You know that ...
The length of capillaries in a kidney makes about 25 kilometers. The filtrational surface of a kidney reaches 1,5 square meters.
PARESISES OF A LARYNX AND PARALYSES OF A LARYNX

Paresises of a larynx and paralyses of a larynx - arise owing to inflammatory and degenerate processes in muscles.

Myopathic paresises or paralyses are caused by changes in muscles of a larynx and observed at an acute and chronic laryngitis, some general infectious diseases (a diphtheria, a typhoid, a flu, a tuberculosis), at a hemorrhage in muscles of a larynx as a result of a sharp overstrain of a voice. As a rule, happen bilateral to a lesion more often voice muscles of a larynx.

Neurotic paresises or paralyses can be a peripheric or central parentage. The central paresises or paralyses arise at bulbar lesions and a hysteria is more often. Peripheric paresises or paralyses depend on disturbance of function of branches of a wandering nerve. The reason of disturbance of function of these nerves can be traumas, various inflammatory, tumoral and other pathological processes in the field of a neck and a thorax.

Signs, current. Hoarseness down to an aphonia. The important practical value has a paralysis of a back muscle (a muscle allocating outside a voice cord and by that opening voice cleft). At was acutely a coming diplegia of these muscles the voice cleft does not reveal, there comes a stenosis of a larynx. At disturbance of function of other muscles of a larynx of the complaint of patients are reduced to change of character of a voice.
