Pathogenesis. Diffusion through an apical aperture of inflammatory process from a pulp. Reaction to contact to a pulp, strong medical products and on damage by instruments. The microbial and medicinal sensibilization matters.
Signs, current. The acute periodontitis is shown by a sharp pain in the field of a tooth, amplifying from a touch to it. A tumescence of a labium, a cheek. The tooth is patholologically mobile. Submandibular lymph nodes are enlarged, morbid at a palpation, a body temperature of 37-37,5 degrees. Complications in the form of nearby gnathic abscess, an osteomyelitis of a jaw are possible. At formation of a submandibular abscess the expression of signs decreases. Chronic process proceeds torpently: arise feeling of awkwardness at the meal, a unpleasant smell from a mouth, sometimes fistulas on a gum, less often on a skin of the face. Periodically the periodontitis becomes aggravated. In the amazed tooth - a carious cavity or a seal. At a traumatic parentage of process an apex of a tooth intact. Various forms differentiate by means of roentgenography. Disease can lead to formation of a cyst of a jaw. Is a source of a streptococcal sensibilization of an organism.
