Pheumothorax spontaneous - loss of negative pressure in the pleural cavity, accompanied a partial or total collapse of a lung owing to the report with an environment at an integrity of a thoracal wall. At a delay of again acting air in a pleural cavity there is a tension pneumothorax quickly leading to a massive collapse of a lung and shift of organs of a mediastinum. Characteristic signs are a sudden megalgia in the thoracal cavity, arising quite often among full health, shortage of air, a cyanosis, a tachycardia. Smoking are more subject to a spontaneous pheumothorax.
