Phimosis, paraphimosis.
Phimosis - the narrowing of a prepuce which is not allowing completely to nake a balanus. The phimosis can be congenital and got.
Two forms allocate.
1. The hypertrophic phimosis - congenital elongation and narrowing of a prepuce under which easily there is a recurring inflammation, disturbance of an emiction leads to development of a vicious circle and augmentation of the sizes of a preputial bag often with a simultaneous shorting of a bridle. This form is more characteristic for a congenital phimosis.
2. An atrophic phimosis - narrowing of a prepuce at an age atrophy, a scleroderma or a chronic balanitis without a preceded hypertrophy that is more characteristic for the got phimosis. At the expressed phimosis during the moment of an emiction there is an inflating by urine of a preputial bag, a delay in itself of the rests of urine and development in itself of infectious complications - a balanitis, a balanoposthitis, to a clump of lots of a smegma. The long phimosis promotes development in the subsequent of tumours of a sexual member.
Paraphimosis - infringement of a balanus a prepuce. As a result a ring-shaped of infringement of a head of a member the prepuce breaks blood supply, there is an edema of a head.
Complications: at untimely treatment the necrosis of a balanus develops.
