Owing to stagnation of a blood, rising of pressure in a portal vein, and also a hypoalbuminemia the ascites is formed, the lien is enlarged.
Signs, current. At an early stage proceeds asymptomatically, in later cases occurrence of an ascites, expansion of hemorrhoidal and hypodermic paraumbilical veins (in the form of « a head of the Jellyfish »), occurrence of repeated hemorrhoidal or profuse is esophageal -gastric bleedings is characteristic; the last quite often are the reason of destruction of patients.
