Sarcomas of soft tissues - depending on a source of occurrence in soft tissues distinguish a fibrosarcoma, a mesenchymoma, a liposarcoma, a histiocytoma, a leiomyosarcoma, a rhabdomyosarcoma, an angiosarcoma, a lymphangiosarcoma, malignant. The tumour can settle down in soft tissues of extremities, trunks, retroperitoneal space and in other areas of a body. Sarcomas of soft tissues make 1 % of all malignant tumours. The early diagnosis is important for the forecast. At detection of a tumour of soft tissues it is not necessary to use a method of dynamic observation. Mistakes in the diagnosis are frequent, term of an establishment of the diagnosis quite often postpone for 6-12 months. The biopsy or an oncotomy are necessary. The remote metastasises appear in lungs, less often in other organs. Metastasises in regional lymph nodes are diagnosed only for 5-20 % of patients.
