Scabies - contagious parasitogenic disease of the person, described a night itch, formation on a skin of " psoric courses ». The originator - an itch mite. Infection occurs from the sick person at direct contact or through the subjects was its use (clothes, bed, etc.). The Incubation interval - about 1-2 weeks.
Clinical displays are caused by introduction of the fertilized tick in a cornual layer of a false skin where it digs psoric courses in which postpones eggs. In 2 weeks, having passed some stages of development, from eggs there are mature forms of the parasite which take root after a fertilization into new sites of a skin.
The basic sign of a scabies is the widespread night itch caused by activity of ticks at this time of day. There are fine papulovesicules and pathognomonic for disease « psoric courses » in the form of the small grayish, slightly raised, direct or bent strias with a blister on the extremity in which there is a tick. Favourite localization are sites with a thin gentle skin (interdigital cords of brushes, axillary hollows, radiocarpal folds, a stomach, a sexual member, an internal surface of femurs, mammary glands). The skin of the face and a pilar part of a head is not amazed. The scabies quite often becomes complicated a pyoderma (furuncles, ecthymas).
