Stretching - damage of ligaments, muscles, tendons and other tissues without disturbance of their anatomic integrity. More often the stretching of ligaments of a talocrural or knee joint is observed. Pathoanathomical changes at a stretching consist in an anguish of separate fibers of ligaments with a hemorrhage in their depth.
