Synovitis - an inflammation of an environment of a joint with formation in itself of an exudate. The knee joint is amazed more often. Quite often arises after a trauma of a joint, and also at an arthritis, an allergy, a hemophilia. At hit of an infection the purulent synovitis develops.
Signs, current. Distinguish an acute and chronic synovitis. At an acute synovitis the pain, rising of local temperature, an exudate in a joint are observed. The chronic synovitis is characterized by not sharp pain, periodic accumulation of an exudate in a joint; at long existence the deforming arthrosis develops.
