The length of capillaries in a kidney makes about 25 kilometers. The filtrational surface of a kidney reaches 1,5 square meters.
THE ESOPHAGISM

The esophagism (diffusive esophagospasm) - is characterized by incidental functional disturbance of a peristalsis of an esophagus and spastic reduction of its wall. Distinguish an esophagism primary, being consequence of cortical disturbances of a regulation of function of an esophagus (develops on a background of psychoemotional stresses), and secondary (reflex and symptomatic), arising owing to a hypersensibility of a mucosa of an esophagus (at a reflux an esophagitis, a peptic ulcer, neoplasms of an esophagus and a stomach, etc. or at the diseases, accompanied the general convulsive syndrome - for example, epilepsies). The long expressed esophagism leads to a sharp hypertrophy of a muscular environment of a wall of an esophagus.

Signs, current. The changeable dysphagia sometimes having paradoxical character is characteristic: arising at reception of a liquid and absent at a swallowing dense and in the form of a meal of nutrition. The dysphagia can be provoked by reception cold or, on the contrary, very hot nutrition, smoking, the use of alcohol, hasty meal, etc. Is long and persistently proceeding dysphagia can lead to an attrition. The retrosternal pain bound to a swallowing, but in some cases reminding a stenocardia is often marked.
