Thrombophilias and hematogenic conditions - are characterized by development of relapsing clottages of blood vessels (mainly veins) different localization owing to disturbances of structure and properties of a blood.
Etiology, pathogenesis. Two basic groups of hematogenic thrombophilias distinguish: 1) bound mainly with changes of rheologic properties and cellular structure of a blood; 2) caused by primary disturbances in system of a hemostasis.
Clinical picture. The expression of thrombophilias, frequency and gravity of a thromboembolism depend on a degree of hematological disturbances and accompanying (background) conditions, pathological processes and influences.
